Initial consultation:
Within two days of receiving your cleaning request by e-mail or text message, we will arrange to visit your home, business, investment property or real estate listing to gather information about your home and find out the type of service you require, your cleaning goals and a timeline. If the job is within our scope and we have the appropriate resources, we’ll provide a quote and our availability within 2 days after our visit. We will require your address and availability to be onsite to show us your space, or for you to provide key access instructions for us to check out the space. To begin this process for new clients, we require at least seven days of notice.
Cleaning fees
After our initial consultation of your home, office, real estate listing or investment property, we’ll provide an estimated price range based on an hourly rate of between $30 and $40 per staff member that is based on the service you are receiving, your cleaning goals and condition of the space. Following the initial clean, we will provide the total cost, including HST.
If you are a home or condo owner, apartment tenant or business owner and would like to receive our Expresso service on a regular basis, we can provide a regular rate per clean following the initial, thorough clean.
Terms
We require surfaces to be as clear and tidy as possible to dust; we may not be able to clean if it is too cluttered.
We can accept payment by e-mail money transfer (send to Managerscondofresh@gmail.com, no password required) and credit card for the initial clean, and can pay by cash beyond the first clean if you prefer. We must receive payment within 2 days of the clean or receiving the invoice.
Unless we discuss otherwise, we do not wash dishes or provide laundry services.
We provide all cleaning products and supplies and only ask to use your vacuum, if you have one that is in good working order.
If you need to cancel or change the day and / or time of your typical clean, upgrade or customize your service, kindly provide us with this notice at least 5 days in advance of your clean so that we can adjust our schedule and resources. Unless there is a health, family or home emergency (water turned off in condo building, no electricity etc.), we have a cancellation fee of the cost of the clean if we do not receive notice within 48 hours of the clean. Full payment is also due if the clean is rescheduled or adjusted due to contractor*-related delays and we are not notified within 48 hours of the clean.
*Contractor - includes handyman, builder, plumber, painter or any person, company or trade whose business impacts, delays or cancels our cleaning business.
